This guide contains interactive activities and videos that can used with the Math curriculum from Grades 7-9.

- Play a fast-paced video game involving reasoning about ratios and equivalent ratios. This game from Math Snacks focuses on using ratios to complete a potion recipe in order to defeat your foe.
- This video tells the story of physicist Enrico Fermi, who was very good at making fast estimations of big number problems. Learn how he used the power of 10 to make reasonable estimates of large numbers (like how many piano tuners in the city of Chicago).
- Math is full of symbols: lines, dots, arrows, English letters, Greek letters, superscripts, subscripts ... it can look like an illegible jumble. Where did all of these symbols come from?
