Terry Fox and the Terry Fox Run (September)

The Terry Fox Foundation has a mandate to raise money for cancer research through the annual Terry Fox Run and National School Run Day. The Terry Fox Foundation is also committed to sharing the story of Terry Fox's life and journey.

The Terry Fox Humanitarian Award recognizes the benevolence of young Canadians and encourages them to continue in their humanitarian work while attending college or university in Canada. (site)
